Pickup

Pickup orders are free. We'll email you when your order is bagged and waiting at the front desk, 18853 Selah Way, Suite A, Norman.

Pick up during salon hours (Mon–Wed 7am–7pm, Thu–Fri 9am–7pm, Sat 9am–4pm) within 14 days. Bring the name on the order.

We ship within the United States. Orders go out within 2 business days, and we email you when yours is on its way.

Shipping is a flat $10, and free over $75 (orders up to 5 lb).

We ship to the lower 48 states only — not Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military addresses.

Aerosols and perfume can't be posted — they are pickup only.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Bring them to the salon or call us to arrange a return.

For hygiene, opened products can't be returned — but if something isn't right for your hair, tell us and we'll help you find what is.

If an order arrives damaged, call within 7 days and we'll make it right.
