What is included with every visit?
A charcuterie board and full drink bar, complimentary jewelry cleaning, a massage-chair wash in warm water and low light, hot towels and a warm neck wrap, and a camera-ready finish — never sent home damp. With every appointment, not just the big ones.
How early should I arrive?
Five to ten minutes before your appointment is plenty — enough to settle in with a drink before your stylist comes for you.
Can I bring a photo of what I want?
Please do. Photos make the consultation faster and the result closer. Your stylist will tell you honestly what your hair can do in one visit and what takes two.
How do I change or cancel an appointment?
Through the Boulevard client portal link on the Visit page, or by calling (405) 516-1515. Please give as much notice as you can — appointments are limited.
Can I buy the products you use?
Yes. The Kérastase and Oribe lines used at the chair are available to take home, and your stylist will name the two or three that matter for your hair.
