Extensions in Norman — The Guide

Why LŪK for extensions
in Norman.

LŪK House of Beauty is the certified Great Lengths partner salon in Norman, Oklahoma, offering four extension methods under one roof: hand-tied wefts, concealed bead rows, Great Lengths keratin bonds, and cold fusion. Every install starts with a complimentary consultation, and the House turns away hair that is not ready.

How the consultation works

Six steps, one visit, no commitment. A hair-health review confirms your hair can carry extensions. A goal discussion covers length, volume, and how you actually wear your hair. Your specialist recommends a method, plans the color match, sets a realistic maintenance schedule, and walks you through the full investment before you leave — no surprises at checkout.

Who extensions suit

Fine to medium hair that lacks volume. Hair that would benefit from more length, shape, or density. Guests who want to wear their hair up without visible hardware. Anyone open to a move-up every six to eight weeks. If your hair is compromised from previous lightening, the House will say so and build a recovery plan first.

Maintenance and home care

Hand-tied and bead-row wefts move up every six to eight weeks as your natural hair grows. Great Lengths bonds wear for months before removal and re-application. Between visits: brush from the ends up, sleep in a loose braid, keep conditioner off the rows, and use the products your specialist names — extensions last as long as they are cared for.

Color matching

Extensions are only as good as their blend. The House matches to your current color with a swatch ring in the chair, including dimension and tone, and will schedule any blonding or gloss before install day so the hair you add and the hair you grow read as one.

Questions we hear most

How long do hand-tied extensions last?

With proper care the same hair is worn across many move-ups — typically most of a year. The row is moved up every six to eight weeks as your natural hair grows, and the same wefts are re-used at each move-up.

Are hand-tied extensions damaging?

Installed and maintained correctly, they are one of the gentler methods available — no glue, no tape, no heat. Every install at LŪK is preceded by a hair-health review, and the House only proceeds when your hair can safely support the weight.

Which method is right for me?

Hand-tied wefts for fine to medium hair wanting volume and length. Concealed bead rows if you wear your hair up often. Great Lengths bonds for strand-by-strand blending and undetectable results. Cold fusion for the perimeter, ponytails, and custom density. Your consultation settles it.

How much do extensions cost?

It depends on method, length, and how much hair your result needs, so the House quotes at consultation rather than publishing a flat number. You leave the consultation with the full investment in writing before anything is booked.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The new-guest extension consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation. Book it online through Boulevard or call (405) 516-1515.

Do you carry Great Lengths?

Yes. LŪK is a certified Great Lengths partner salon — genuine, ethically sourced Remy hair with keratin bonds, placed strand by strand. GL Tape is also available.
