LŪK uses a transparent, performance-based commission structure. Your earning potential is not fixed. It scales as your book grows. Retail commission and bonus opportunities build on top of your service income, tied to the categories you care about: pre-booking, retention, and guest experience.
Education is part of the package.
An education credit is included for our team. We hold quarterly growth conversations in place of generic performance reviews. These are direct, two-way conversations about where you stand, what you want to build toward, and what LŪK can do to support that. You will always know where you are and what comes next.

We have an active Instagram presence, a professional website, consistent local visibility, and a dedicated marketing partner. New guests are coming through the door. Your work is seen. You are not building a clientele from scratch in a vacuum. You are stepping into a brand that is already moving.

Stability for the long term.
Qualifying full-time team members are eligible for PTO after one year. You receive your shears annually on your work anniversary. You are supported as a professional, not just a service provider.

Your submission is reviewed privately by LŪK leadership. We will only contact you through the method and timing you indicate. We do not reach out to current employers, share stylist inquiries with anyone outside of LŪK, or pressure anyone toward a decision.
If there is a fit, we will have a conversation. If the timing is not right, that is okay too. We would rather start the right conversation at the right time than rush anyone into one.
